the safest places for travellers cheques ? I would suggest A Bank or Post Office

why use this company if you don't know anything about them deal with the bank or similar and anyway why bother with travellers cheques in this day and age

No.Go to bank you would have more come back if any thing goes wrong,,,,,,,,,
