There has to be x numbers of toilets for men and separately x number of toilets for use by the women. I forget what the exact ratio is. I expect there are many more than 100, in a place with so many people especially when they have a cafe, a restaurant and bars !!

If this were America and California, they would have to meet a minimal standard for the total legal occupancy, which I think is like 12 people per toilet.

I don't know. But I used a toilet when on a tour around the place. So I have probably sat on the throne of Tony Blair.
