you mean the dangerous africanized killer bee? They pretty much look the same as any other bee. They also have pretty much intermingled completly with the calmer, happier, never ever stings anyone european bee in north america.

They are smaller than a common european honey bee. It is widely believed that only an expert can tell them apart, but I believe anyone who is being attacked by them can likely tell them apart.
