No, of course not. Headaches are caused by hundreds of different reasons. I don't think pregnancy is a very common one in the total list.

it's not a stupid question. I suffered migraines during my first trimester with both of my pregnancies. I don't get them normally. Probably because of the hormone changes, but headaches alone don't mean you're pregnant. A headache could mean a lot of things. Dry sinuses, stuffed up sinuses, too much caffeine, stress, a strong smell, high blood pressure, my husband gets them when his neck is out of alignment and has to go to the chiropractor. There's too many different reason for a headache to list here.

I had lots of symptoms but headaches weren't one of them. I very much doubt they are a sign of pregnancy. OTC tests are cheap and very accurate, a lot better way than worrying about it.

Actually, your head is one of the few things that doesn't change during pregnancy.

It could be, every pregnancy is different. For me it was, for the first trimester I was always tired, and vomitted all the time, and always had migraines. If it's really bad, consult a Dr.

not necessarily... it is a symptom, but your best bet is to do a pregnancy test.
