Probably not!
My best friend in the whole word has a baby. She's Chinese and her husband is white ... he even has blond hair and blue eyes, the works. The baby really is BEAUTIFUL! She has jet black hair so people think she looks a little more Chinese than white. But when I look at her I see both.
When her dad takes her out by himself, yeah, sometimes people think she's adopted from China or whatever. They ask stupid questions. But once he explains it they start going on about how pretty she is, how pretty her mom must be, etc. When they go out together they hardly ever get dumb questions. Everybody wants to know how they met and say what a pretty baby she is.
Even teenagers think he's beautiful. So nobody will make fun of her when she's in high school. Young adults think she's very pretty and always want to hold her. The only people who don't like her are older Asian people who don't think my friend should have married her white husband ... you know, the traditional kind. But even those are polite about it.
I wouldn't worry!
Good luck with your pregnancy, congratulations, and enjoy your beautiful baby when he/she comes.

It doesnt matter if you're white, black, chinese, mixed or anything else because people will still find something to make fun of. Thats just how people are. I don't see why people think they have to make fun of people anyway. I personally think they have to put people down because they are insecure about themselves. Your baby is going to be a beautiful baby and grow into a wonderful adult. I wouldn't worry about what everyone else says. Aslong as you raise your child with a good head on their shoulders don't worry about it and they shouldn't either.

First off Congrats to you and your fiance. Its more common today for bi-racial children. But that isn't to say there isn't bigots in the world. No matter what people have to deal with small minded people may it be for race, handicaps, or anything. Its there we cant fully change it. All you can do is teach your child to grow up to be accepting to show them love and how beautiful they are inside and out. Show them acceptance and teach them that no matter what there is evil and good in this world and not everyone is going to be accepting and not everyone is going to be kind. But for everyone hateful person they will find two loving people. Good luck to you and your fiance and all your future children!

i'm afraid that your telling them that homosexuality isn't a decision won't substitute their minds. non secular persons are with the aid of their very nature proof against evidence with reference to their faith. it relatively is the two cultural and non secular; there's a very hassle-free cultural stigma on homosexuality, fairly re: men. upload to that the incontrovertible fact that they suspect in a holy e book that asserts gay people could be stoned and you have have been given a particularly poisonous mixture. edit: Did you basically say interior the further info that your opinion is actuality? because of the fact it is not probable how opinion works. At any fee, it is going to possibly no longer remember one way or yet another no remember if homosexuality is a decision or no longer. It shouldn't remember no remember if it relatively is developmental or genetic, or some mix of the two. you may argue approximately that in case you like, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it relatively is beside the ingredient: there is not any longer something incorrect with being gay, or having gay intercourse. whether it have been a decision, there could be no longer something incorrect with it. non secular people conserving "because of the fact God says it relatively is incorrect" would not make it so. Edit 2: @Jt, Westboro Baptist Church could say that *you* are not a Christian. Why are you good, and that they incorrect?

I doubt it, but incase it does become an issue at any point teach your child from the beginning to love the person they are. Everyone gets picked on but this is 2006, and people are a lot more open minded and hopefully only more so to come.

I really don't think you have to much too worry about.
Picking on someone because of their race is getting less and less common each day.
They will probably be extremly handsome/pretty and you'll have to fight the boys or girls off because of it =)
Don't worry about things like that just be happy your pregnant and hope for a healthy happy baby!

There are people across the street from me and they are half peurtorican and half korean. All three of the girls are so cute! They are very pretty. I don't think it will really matter, though. Today there are a lot of biracial kids being born today.

i have two girls, who are mixed race. half hispanic half white. there dad was adopted by a white couple when he was 2. the only issue we have encountered, is people that assume because my girls are hispanic, it means they can speak spanish. i have never had a problem with them being discriminated against though. i was prepared for it. we do sometimes get looks from people, but those people can keep looking..
