Birth cirtificates can't be gotten online. Since its a protected document (meaning, original must have embossed seal), you have to go down in person to your Department of Health building. Carry with you an id (Passport , Driver's License)

Actually, you can do this two ways in many places:

- Contact the hospital where you were born and they will probably give you a copy for free

- Contact your county seat and they will probably send you a copy for a small fee.
