Do you think the meaing of life is the same for everyone or not? And do you think we all have the same destiny or that we all have different destinys?

Remember there are basically 2 kinds of things in life...
1- those you can control ...and ...
2- those beyond your control.....
For those byeond your control, there is little you can do....however, try and do your best for those you can control....AND the rest ...leave it to destiny....(that too is beyond your control).....only if you have done the best about things you can control...

We all have a destiny in that we were born at a particular time and place. We have only our inate abilities, personality, and atitudes. We use these to deal with our circumstances and in doing so find our destiny. This is commonly called the human condition.

Personally, I don't believe in destiny and I believe the only meaning that life has is whatever meaning we choose it to have. For me, the meaning of life is happiness. Everything else is just a means to an end.

I believe in destiny but we all have different destinys and not all of them are the same (of course that means destiny on earth). Of course we all die but what next?

I don't think there *is* any "meaning of life" other than that which we decide for ourselves. And I don't think anyone has a "destiny" -- there is no evidence of any kind that indicates in any way that we are destined to do or be anything...there are only the consequences of our choices and actions, and the random occurrences in the world around us that shape our lives.
Each of us makes what we will of our own lives by making decisions and by reacting to the world around us. That's it.

Your purpose in life is to awake to your unity with God in unconditional love and your duty is to express that to the best of your ability. your actions in thought, word, & deed determine your life circumstances & your destiny. In the end all things will merge back from whence it came, as a drop of water merges into the sea.

Birth itself means a way to sorrow,though sounds pessimistic.We take birth and forget the creator,the truth and the pursue what is all material,yet never truly become satisfied in these gains.Life is a play of emotions.
