I personally think these online shoe size conversions are useless. I'm trying to buy shoes for my dad and send them to Brazil. His shoe size is 38 in Brazil and according to the internet his size is around 5 to 7 in the US. The thing is that we have almost the same shoe size and there is no way a size 7 would fit him. I'm so annoyed I can't find a reliable source. I'm thinking to buy some shoes size 8 for him. Sorry I can't help much.
