Never tried roller skates, but we used to tow ice skaters behind a Honda 50. It was like water skiing, but if the skier weighed alot more than the driver they could yank the bike out from under the driver. I can imagine falling would be alot more painful on cement than ice.

It would be dangerous of course.. but if you knew the driver and had CONSIDERABLE confidence in t he driver of the motorbike, then it might be OK but I certainly would set the speed limit that he could go. At any rate.. it is a crazy idea
