My favorite place is the beach. The ocean is so powerful yet so soothing and calming at the same time. I love to hear the waves and the seagulls and those funny little birds that run along in the surf. Of course, I can appreciate nature looking out my back door. We have woods behind our house so it's fun to watch the squirrels chasing each other around this time of year and the leaves changing colors and raining down. Nature is awesome and can be enjoyed everyday if you just take the time.

Kingston island in Washington state. It is just across the water from Seattle. Just in front of you, you see Seattle. Behind it, lies mt. Rainer. The city is so small compared to it. To the left you can see the Olympics, and to the right you can see the cascades. I have to say it's the only time I ever became choked up looking at the world. That may sound stupid, but if you ever experience it, you can't help but be overwhelmed at the immense Beauty that this world offers.

Beauty in nature is everywhere. On a daily basis the sky, the clouds the color of the leaves on the trees. The birds, squirrel, deer that still roam freely.

In Cape Town, at sea point, where the Indian and Atlantic ocean meet. It's sensational.

All around me...I can see it in the dew drops on an early summer morning...or in the warble of a bluebird as he sits on the fence near his nest...or in the smell of the breeze in a balsam forest...the babble of a brook...I could just keep going and going......

A full moon and stars scattered around a clear night sky. That's really breathtaking for me.
