The color of a person's skin is because of exposure to the sun. If a person is born in a cold climate, less exposure. That is all explained in history. People who live in the southern hemisphere like Africa, Central America, are darker to protect their skin from the heat.

All due to genetics and environment milder sun and the fact you wear a lot of cloths that protects your skin most of the year so the lighter traits can come out which is fair skin and blond hair

It's all in the genes. They come from areas where there's less sunlight, so they don't need the extra melanin that blacks and others who are originally from the tropical climates do.
