Movida rates look to be a bit high (as are Tracfone and Virgin). Verizon offers a lot of features on their prepaid, but charges $0.99/day so you're out $30 every month regardless of your level of usage. If you buy a $25 refill from T-Mobile, you are paying almost $0.20/min. The $100 refill, if you can swing it, gets you a better rate ($0.10/min).

If you can concentrate your usage on a few days, Cingular can theoretically provide the most minutes with the $0.10/min plan ($1 charge on any day that you make or receive a call) as you can do unlimited mobile-to-mobile.
