Clean the cache with a cache cleaner. Then scan it for spyware. Then possible get more memory. You can also defragment your hard drive, which will re-orginize you folders and files.

What make the computer faster is clean the junk, check for bad tracks on the hard drive (that slow the computer)
add more ram take care of all of that, your computer won't be slow any more.

how many games do you have installed into it that could be one you might have spyware two and three it am be because of your connection
