I was in line at the bank yesterday behind about 3 people who were Spanish speaking. They were carrying on a big loud conversation, gesturing toward people, laughing, and being loud. As they each got to the teller, they all spoke English.
They were not a group that came together, but maybe people who got off for lunch at the same time.
I believe if people are going to be so loud that everyone in line has to hear them they should speak English and be part of the rest of the line waiting with everyone else.
It's a public voice/private voice thing.
But this is not unique to Latin people, it is just that there are so many more of them here than any other non-native-born people.

I feel displeasure with ANY ONE who is living in the states as an illegal immigrant. IF they are here legally, then no, I have no problems with them at all.
