I would like to know what is the lates in fashion , do's and don's?

i am over 40 but , look alot younger than my age, i like looking sylish, yet not to young i have some young daughters , but dont want to look like i am trying to be a teen.i like sexy not reveiling and also classy / at times sophisticated . i like looking trendy .

Assuming you are a girl here's 10 dos and don'ts I think will help you

1) Do wear leggings. Don't make them a bright color keep them black or dark colored
2) Do wear a long tunic or sweater with your leggings. Don't wear shorter length shirt (should cover most of butt) with them.
3) Do wear puffer vests like from the Gap. Don't wear a short sleeve top under them.
4) Do wear high furry boots and tuck your jeans or leggings into them. Don't wear fake looking ones, spend some money on them. It's worth it.
5) Do own one cashmere piece, and more if you can afford it. Don't be cheap when you buy your sweaters it will show, because you can't hide a cheap fabric.
6) Do buy at least one pair of cute platform shoes, maybe in patten leather. Don't wear jeans that are too short with them, so buy longer jeans that touch the ground when you have your shoes on.
9) Do buy skinny jeans and tuck them into boots. Don't buy them if you can't pull them off, because a flare is ok too.
10) Do buy anything in shearling (that lambs wool looking material) or cable knit including purses.
