No, you wouldnt.... You would end up making your body beleive it is starving - and to combat it, when you finally do eat, no matter what it is, your body will convert it to fat for storage, beleiving that you might not eat again for a while.... (this is one of the reasons a lot of meth users tend to get fat after getting skinny first...)

Your best bet is to eat five very small meals a day...keep your metabolism boosted throughout the day and sugar levels at the right place....

No, you have to eat breakfast and lunch! It keeps your metabolism going! by not eating, you are depriving your body of those nutrients and in time it will be harder for you to lose the weight. Breakfast in the morning wakes u up and gives you energy. skipping that meal will make you feel sluggish. Also, lunch is essential because it will keep you running through the afternoon. during the week, when i wake up at like 6, i am STARVING by 10, lol
you have to eat in order to lose weight, ocontrary to what people say. it will keep you healthy and running.
control what you eat, like less fatty foods and stuff, but dont cut out the entire meal.
good luck!

You might lose weight, but it is better to eat a largish breakfast, a medium lunch and a light dinner. This is how Eurpeaons do it and they are, generally, much healthier than Americans. Stay away from high caloric, high sugar, high carbohydrate foods in general. Eat a balanced meal and exercise...this is the best way to lose weight, and the healthiest.

Better to eat in the morning and afternoon. The food you eat at night is the food that you do not burn off as fast. You will burn off the food you eat at breakfast and lunch. Just eat a very light supper.

Best wishes.

*deep breath* DON'T. SKIP. MEALS! It won't help you, and for a while you will gain weight. Skipping meals, then loading up later causes your body to store extra fat because it doesn't know when its next meal will be. It's the body's defense mechanism from our ancestors' days when they had to survive the winter on very little food. Your body will keep that fat for as long as it can, and you will have to work extra hard to get it off.

Food provides the body with the energy and strength it needs to get through the day. If you take away that source, you are only hurting yourself.

No. Breakfast helps jump start your metabolism. With out breakfast you will burn calories slower. As for luch eat it too. Just watch what you eat and how much. Also it is okay to have snacks too but they need to be healthy. I have freeze pops... they have like 10 calorie a pop they are perfect when I feel like eating but know I shouldn't. Hope this helps.

You'd be better off eating in the morning and skipping dinner. You're active during the day, so that burns energy, but after dinner you just go to bed, and the energy becomes fat.

please don't do that. that is sooooo bad for you! you should eat normal meals. if you skip breakfast and lunch, your stomach shrinks, and then when you eat dinner your stomach expands, so no, you won't lose weight. i'm sure you are perfect just the way you are. you could just excersice and eat healthy.
