It really depends on what the situation was. It might be a thrill or it may be the end of a relationship. The fantasy part of me says it may be alot of fun and totally fulfilling. Unfortunately it probably should never go past a fantasy for most couples as it would require a huge amount of trust, maturity and openess for that type of encounter to be coined successful for the long term!

This depends. If it was behind my back and I walked in on them, I'd be hurt, shattered, pissed. But the act in itself is not something that I oppose. Honestly, I would not mind seeing my wife do things with another man if it we discussed it and were both cool with it. No intercourse, though, as that is the one thing we want to keep sacred between us. Anything else though...

Is the man naked, also?
Are they at a nudist park?
Is she being examined by a medical professional?
Is she a professional nude model?
It may be legitimate.
On the other hand, to echo another responder.
If it wasn't, at least one person will be seeing visitors in the hospital.
