what is heathy start and how does it help you?

cause they want me to know if i wan't to get healthy start but i am not sure just yet intill i know everything!

Hmm I think Healthy Start is the name of that drink that enfamil or ensure makes that has DHA in it. Or the formula that they make for babies that has it. DHA is a good supplement for you and your baby, but you should talk to your doctor about taking anything other than prenatals. IF that's what your talking about cause your question is hard to understand.
