No you don't have to worry. babies like the side that there is more milk, i guess you have more milk on your right breast then on the left, Feed the baby a little form the left and then more on the right. This happened to my aunt too but she said it was normal.

No, don't worry about it. Babies are picky sometimes. My son did the same thing when he was new born. Up until he weaned he always prefered that one. He did start taking the left one though after some coaxing. Some times one breast lets down milk easier. Also, one breast might be faster or slower so depending on the baby he will pick the type of flow he likes. You should always offer the left breast first before feeding and if he does'nt want it, put him on the right side. Once he is not starving try the left again. Basically keep offering him the left each time you nurse. You can also pump the left to relieve pressure and to keep up the milk supply. If you have more questions I would suggest contacting you local La Leche League leader

You've gotten some good answers to this question already. As others have suggested I would contact LLL. Also some hospitals offer breastfeeding support groups that are often led by lactation consultants, it could be worth a try to call and find out.
When nursing, offer your left breast first, especially at night when they are so drowsy that they may not be awake enough to remember their preference.
My daughter preferred my right breast as well, so I tried to only offer her my left one at night, but apparently there was an issue with that one that we never could figure out because she wouldn't even take it at night. I finally stopped forcing it on her, and it completely dried up when she was about 6 months old. But I produced enough milk in one breast to feed her for the next year and a half (and she nursed exculsively until almost one year), until she chose to wean. That is the worst case scenario, and hopefully it won't happen to you, but know that if it does- your baby will get enough from one breast to nourish him/her. My second baby nursed off both breasts with no problem, so I know that whatever happened with my first child was not a permanent issue.
I wish you the best of luck and hope that you will find the support that you need!

Don't be concerned. I understand most babies have a favorite side. Sometimes that changes, too. Just keep alternating your baby and trying to have him feed on the left one. He may get over just being on that right side.
My baby preferred one side over the other but I kept alternating her and now she doesn't seem to notice.

It could be that one nipple is larger than the other and easier to latch on to? Or that you have a better letdown on one side than on the other.
Try starting baby in the cradle hold on the prefered breast. Then, when he finshes that side, slide him straight across your body to the other side. Sometimes this tricks them into thinking they are still on the prefered side.

no not at all, probably your baby feels more comfortable from that side or the baby can hold on better and eat better from that side.
