I am sorry to say that human nature
will out and greed and starvation, will still abound

Bartering will become an art form !
food and goods ,
will be exchanged or hoarded

the ones with the biggest stock pile,
will become the bankers of today.

so if you barter one pig =for a sack of flower ,one day
you may find that the rate goes up over night
so for one bag of flour you will =only get 3 chickens

building material, such a timber etc ,
and land will be snatched up by the "wealthy ones "

and bartered for a yet , bigger profit

Human beings will do, what they do anyway .
and the poor will get poorer ,

should currency cease to exist.

Its a big ,bad ,old world , out there folks

Yes.

Long ago, there was no structured monetary system and people lived in a barter system. In order to obtain goods, you had to have something to give in exchange for it, which could include "services." Even in that time, people did not always have food and not only went without, some starved. Especially the early dwellers who knew not how to hunt well or were not in organized dwellings.

Greed is something that has been around since the world was created. It is a selfish desire to have more - something many of us have but have learned to control.

Wars are constant whether just local or worldwide. War can be a matter of wanting someone else's territory (or unclaimed land), a battle to show who is stronger, etc.

Of course, all of these (war, greed and starvation) are common links to money (the lack of, the wanting more of, etc.). But without money, we would find ourselves still having these things in our lives.

yes to all 3 if there was no money on this planet, then something else would end up being classed as currency and the powers that be would no doubt use it to carry on wars and greed and starvation its part of this world and unfortunately i dont think it will ever stop

Sure. If human kind didn't put so much emphasis on the importance of money then they would only put it on something else and make it just as important for an economy. If there was no currency then people would feel no shame in just taking whatever they wanted and eating it from anywhere and there would be even less food available. Money may be the root of all evil but that is because of the importance man kind places on it, not the object itself.

Yes, sad fact of human nature to accumulate stuff or acquire power at others' expense irrespective of whether money exists or not.

Yes. It's in the human mind to kill each other and be greedy. Not even our possessions can change that
