I'm sure that they will if you meet all the rest of the requirements to go there.

I think it boosts your chances, but I'm not sure how much.

First, I think it really has to be someone in your immediate family to really make an impact.

Almost all schools give more consideration to your entrance if you had a family member attend their school. Pharmacy school can be hard to get into at times, and it's hard to say how well it will help you. If a family member went to that same pharmacy school, I would think that would boost your chances a lot. (You do mean they went to the pharmacy school, not just the main campus school, right?) Sometimes pharmacy schools can have limited entrance, so I think it would depend on the school in question.

I don't think it's likely. The whole "legacy" thing doesn't hold as true for graduate and professional schools. I would advise you not to rely on this information, and put in the very best application you can for yourself.

of course.......if you meet the same stringent academic requirements and application procedures as EVERYONE else.

Are you instead asking if you are guaranteed a position because you have a relative that is already enrolled? The answer to that is a resounding 'NO'.

Nope. Most schools don't care about legacies.
