GB gets a 2 for not trying to withdraw the troops
MT gets a 5 for giving the Rich more and the working class less
IP was a total ars----a self ordained cleric who loved the power of his own voice, met him in Northern Ireland gets a 2
QE 1 was a fair queen but had no insight about the real England gets 5
QE 2 waited too long to understand what a great person Diana was. gets a 6
Longshanks should have been killed at birth, an evil king. gets a 1
Ivan was not so terrible, only to the rich...he got laid more than some of the Zsars. gets a 5
