First speak to management. They are legally required to make an attempt to remedy the situation. If no action is taken, you should contact a lawyer who specializes in discrimination. This is a common occurrence in the workplace.

How did they discriminate or is this just minority whining. I have a business that it got so bad I broke it into 4 smaller companies to avoid the federal hiring guidelines.

Well, I don't actually know anything about this as such, so this answer will just come from the heart.

To HELL with them! If those jackasses are too stupid to realise your potential, damn them! You are SPECIAL, and don't let anyone tell you different.

Find another job where they treat you equally, and just forget all about this. You deserve better, and it's up to you to get it.
