It's the voice with the close ups of food, it is seducing you to want it. Those adverts are great and I'm trying loads of new foods. I wonder if it had a male voice would I find it even more appealing?

I know exactly what you mean they make everything look sooo good and you could just climb in that damn TV and scoff the lot!!
They do it with the magic of lighting, a smoothy voice and of course the gorgeous food we all want to scoff.

Exact opposite effect on me.
The arrogance of 'This is not just etc.' makes my skin crawl.
I think the Waitrose advertisements are nicely done but I stick with JS and Tesco for convenience.

I KNOW!
The voice. The steam slowly rising off the food. The cream splashing off the chocolate. You can almost smell that food.
Have you noticed though everyone is trying to copy them, especially Morrissons. And even ALDI are trying to get in on it. ALDI are never going to convince me though!

It is very good advertising, with slowing down features of the food and with a wonderful womans voice.
Its not just food, its M & S food.- ha ha
