My guess is that there are alot of ugly people out there, with good looking avatars! WTF???? How can you be less attractive than a cartoon character and be ok with that ???
Should ugly people be allowed to have cute avatars?

There is no way to make an avatar ugly, if there were there might be more true to life avatars. It doesn't have an option for acne, bad hair or nasty teeth. Some folk might make their avatars a stretch to make it look they way they want to look without those problems. Some might make their hair longer, or their tan darker. Not really a big deal, it's all just fantasy. I don't have an avatar just for that reason, I'm able to live in the real world, and I love the way I look. However I'm not dumb enough to post a real picture of myself, there are to many crazys walking around now days.

Is there anything such as an ugly avatar though? I would like to think most people model their avatar after what they look like (I know I did before I found out you could use a real picture if you sign up for Yahoo! 360) I made mine have brown hair, tanned skin and green eyes. But I can see how some people may make theirs more into what they wish they looked like.

At least the girls are!!!! I dont know about the guys, i dont judge them. I dont know if the yahoo ppl are able to create bad looking avatars. like why do you think all the anime girls are hot and have big boobs? Why would you want to draw something ugly?

I don't know about you, but I'm not attracted to cartoons, so I think all people are more attractive as a human rather than a cartoon, even if they are "ugly" according to your standards...

People who say thy look as good as or better than their avatars are probably lying. Everyone tries to look their best, and this is an easy way to do it.

I'm sure some are.
Mine is a good representation of what I looked like when I was younger...hairstyle, color, etc, but, they don't offer us any older looking avatars to choose from either!

i think they should have ugly avatars as an option and have like outdated clothes and stuff. my avatar has a better body than i do, but i like my face better. :P

It could be...I would say more than likely because Yahoo does not make any Avatars that are less than perfect. I mean they make them with perfectly clear skin, perfect hair, facial expressions, clothing...everything...so my answer is yes.
