if u are tired all the time u should go to see a sleep doctor....it could be a bigger problem then u think .... there are many sleep disdors people never think about or even know about !!!

It depends partly on how old you r.R u old enough 4 Women's One a Day? Centrum Silver? Have you had a medical checkup? You could be suffering from anemia or chronic fatigue syndrome. That may be a good place to start.Even if there was a Doctor on this site I doubt he make a diagnosis without a physical. Good luck.

Probebly you have lac of Iron. You should get some iron pills or vitamins that thire Iron level is higer. To be sure about this, ask your doctor for a blood test and check your blood's iron level.

It is possible that you need more iron in your blood. Taking iron supplements might help (also getting enough sleep, too).

you could have what I have anemia. you need iron pills.try to get them-yes you can get them over the counter.see if that helps-if not than consult your physician.
