How to write a proposal for college improvements.?
How would I start out to the proposal and how exactly should I write it. Im trying to propose improvements to the Student center for better seating, more soap dispensers, a student wanted/offered board, better food, bike stands


and if you have any other good Ideas please let me know.

You would need to get in touch with your Student Government. They are the only ones who the administration would probably listen to.

If it is anything like Penn State you can write it on toilet paper so it would be good for something. But maybe your college is different.

Student Government is a place to start. They are the link between the student body and administration. Go into their office on campus and fill out a form with a list of the things you want to improve and why.
If you are on student government and you want the format for letter:
Date
Subject (Upgrading Student Center)
Author ( You )
Objective( seating, network board, soap, etc.)
Method ( your idea on what should go where)
Results ( why it is beneficial to students)
