She forgot some of the lyrics from 9 to 5, apologized to the audience and said she was very nervous, then she ran off stage

At a Dolly Parton tribute, Jessica flubbed up the words to "9 to 5". Apparently, it didn't seem like nerves because before messing up the lyrics, she was working the stage and singing like usual. It seemed more like she was unprepared. She was reading the lyrics off a cue card and still messed up then started and crying and said, "Dolly, you make me so nervous." At the end of the show, an hour later when it was time for the curtain call, when Jessica came back out, she was still crying.

She screwed up the words and appeared to be holding up her dress so it didn't fall down. This is very odd for a celebrity like Simpson for two reasons: 1) they usually always lip-synch 2) they usually let a t*t "accidentally" pop out of their dress so they can get tons of publicity. Maybe she wanted to sing live due to her sister's embarrassing disaster on SNL and her t*ts probably stayed in due to how disgusted people were with Britney's gross antics.

she screwed up the words, and didn't sound good at all. she said she was very nervous. she was holding her stomach the whole time like she was nervous. she had tears in her eyes when she finished.
i just heard that she redid the song after the audience left and that's the performance that will air when the show comes on tv.

I just watched that on TV last night. Apparantly Dolly is one of her Idols and she was really nervous and didn't want to mess her song up and she was reading off of cue cards and she messed up and got embarrased! :(
