It really depends on what you are looking for.

For example, If you are looking for new dvds. I would reccomend www.DeepDiscountDVD.com They are really cheap and offer free shipping. They also run www.DeepDiscountCD.com for cds.

Ebay.com is always good to check out. The items change every second, and you can find almost anything.

Overstock.com has pretty good prices on general merchandice if you can find what you are looking for.

I did most of my shopping from http://www.gifts.com/
I got a lot of my ideas there but went to ebay to see if I could find the items even cheaper. There are a lot of cool ideas on that website for gifts. They even have cool gifts based on certain personalities. I had to pull myself away from that site so I'd stop spending!

http://www.walmart.com
http://www.amazon.com
http://www.ebay.com
its rather rare that companies dont care for shipping, since they would then include it in the price of the object.
