There are many people throught history and in the present who we could do without, but no one person has the right to judge the worth of a human life. This is why murder has been illegal in the first place since people walked the earth unless it has been judged by a group that the person shouldn't live. I believe in this system, and know that my personal judgement can be clouded by bias, so no, I wouldn't do it. I'd hate to find out later that I was wrong.

Absolutely I'd do it. Can I choose how though? Something like a no-mess poisoning? Wouldn't want to have to deal with blood and goo and stuff.

Yes I would. I was sexually abused by my step dad from the ages of 3 - 12. He has shown no remorse, despite legal intervention and will no doubt do it again to some other little girl. On those grounds alone I would kill him myself.

I don't think I could do. I felt so bad when I hit a rabbit in my car, I think that it would me millions of times worse if I killed a person.
Plus I'd always be worried that someone would be out to get me in return!

No, because I would know I'd done it and I couldn't live with that, although it's a tempting thought, I have to admit.
