Don't you think dat to wear a helmet is a stupid rule. it is like to kill a freedom of an individual and we should protest again dis? or else what we should do by which implication of such rule wil come to an end.?

Most people who wear helmets are generally considered to be mentally retarded.
Do you mean on a bicycle? Because then I agree, it should be the individual's choice if they want to risk cracking their head open. I think it's a bunch of crap that they made it a LAW. Don't they have better things to do?

If you have ever seen an motorcycle accident when the person was not wearing a helmet & their heard is bashed or their brains are on the road you know why we have helmet laws. If a person servives they offen spend the rest of their life in a hospital which drains the family of all their insurance and money. The government starts to pay when the family has nothing left. The government is you, your tax dollars paying for a vegitable all because someone went on a joy ride without a helmet.

When a person riding a bike or a motorcycle is involved in an accident he/she is likely to hit their head. Without a helmet they will suffer a brain injury. Many people with brain injuries become disabled and eventually must be cared for by others. That often becomes the burden of a government agency. We, the tax payers, are the ones who pay the bills. I do not wish to pay for the care of someone who was irresponsible and did not take precautions to prevent the brain injury.

If we ride a motorcycle or a bicycle, yes...it's very useful .....If we care about our thinking, moving, talking, feeling, hearing- because that's what our brains controlls- then we are certainly safe wearing a helmet! Satisfying? ;))

Yes! we are definitely safe in wearing helmet. It can be dorky and it can kill your sense of style and freedom but it can save your life and not kill you.
