No. Throw it in the bin, or delete it. If it mentions the word Nigeria, it is a scam.

I assume you got a email suggesting that:
1.) you pretend to be a long lost relative of someone who died leaving a huge estate so that you and the attorney can split it, or 2.) this banker or lawyer want your bank account info so that he can shift money out of Nigeria into your account.

This scam plays to your greed. If you are stupid enough to respond and give out any personal information, you deserve the empty bank account you'll be left with.
