i believe we are destined to do or be something from birth but one has to choice or free will to either make it happen or not depending on what the destiny is
in other word, it's a little of both

Its a little bit of both. We have the free will 2 do whatever the hell we want 2, yet we let things we see and things that r taught 2 us get the best of us. People now-a-days r so easily influenced and pursuaded that people will do nething some1 else says as long as it sounds good. I think if everybody lived there life on free will then the world would b a better place. Every1 would have there own say n there government. SOUNDS GOOD!

we have both. there is a destiny laid out, we have the free will to choose which path of destiny we take.
