Do extreme home makeover come in the ghetto where the houses are close together and the streets are about 50 ft wide. Or do you have to have a large piece of land. I live in a major urban city in Michigan.

I doubt that they'd come to Deee-troit. Their equipment would disappear the first night.

They go everywhere, which is unrealistic in a way. When they put the nicest, most beautiful, rebuilt houses in a run down neighborhood, the house will never resell for the market value.
And, it totally looks out of place, as well probably invites crime.

Yes they do go everywhere. I saw an episode where a family lived in a bad part of Los Angeles and had limited room and they did a spectacular job!

I don't know that, but the house has to be paid off. No mortages or leans on the house.
