I am 9 weeks pregnant and for the last two days I have been having some cramping...I am also spotting a little bit, only when i wipe, and it is a brownish color....Do you think everything is ok? Some people say that a little blood as long as it is not red is ok. I still have been feeling nauseous my breasts are still sore and I have been peeing frequently....Whats going on?

I had morning sickness for 15 weeks with my 2 boys and the whole pregnancy for my girl. Sore breasts is normal. Try, as hot as you can stand it, a hot wash cloth on your breasts to ease the pain. Peeing frequently is somewhat normal. Make sure to drink at least 4-8 ounce glasses of water daily to replenish your liquid. The baby may be right on your bladder. If you leak a little before getting to the bathroom, wear a panty shield and change it. If the spotting continues, I would see the doctor. If you have a scheduled doc's appointment, tell the doc about the spotting, even if it has stopped.

However, I am also 9wks preg and have had some cramping. This is supposedly normal. No spotting. But with my last pregnancy, I had the brownish blood. The dr told me it could be from sex. If you get scratched during sex, it's such a small amount of blood that it takes a while for it to "surface" and it comes out brown.

You should be fine. If it worries you too much talk to your doctor. If you are worried about a miscarriage, keep in mind that during a miscarriage there is a lot of blood and tissue and it is bright red and painful.

I had the same thing when I was pregnant with my first..it's kind of like your body is trying to have a period but is all confused because you are pregnant...you'll be ok...your still pregnant..I freaked out and ran to the ER all for nothing..baby was fine..just call your doctor if your still concerned!...good luck!

Lots of things can cause bleeding mainly sex.
Brown blood is old blood...red is not good!

Its normal. Happened to me twice, its the uterus cleaning out all the leftover blood from your last period.
