eBAY is a scam artist website.
If you want to do business and make alot more money don't pay FEEs, Adding Fees.
Just open a website and call the Distributors directly (Yellow Pages)

I'm a computer parts distributor, and I can tell you from experience that that is not a very lucrative business. If there was money to be made doing so, the distributors would be doing it themselves.
The low-price items you see for sale on Ebay are either closeouts, stolen, or bizarre purchases made during lucky sales, etc. It's not a business that can sustain itself for long.
