I have a antech midtower atx case and i blew the motherboard i an going to replace it will a micro atx board fit in my case ?

Yes, you can use a micro-atx motherboard in just about any case. Micro ATX motherboards will fit in micro-atx cases, mid tower atx cases, and full size atx cases. The screw placements to attach the motherboard to the case are always in the same locations. You don't have to use all the screw locations, just about 4 to 5 of them and it'll be fine. They purposefully give a lot more screw holes on a motherboard and case for flexibility.

Sometimes. It depends on the chassis though.
You have to check your manual or, if you know
the layout, the backpane of your chassis.
