Seriously, it's way better to take one before getting in the shower. Especially before going to school or work because you don't know how clean their bathrooms are there. You're also more comfortable and relaxed at home, too. But that's just me, though.

I agree with you but the feeling or the urge doesn't come all the time - sometimes it comes in the middle of the day when im stuck at work and im like Oh sh%%!!

Dumping in the morning is absolutely the best. You get time to wake up, you get the feeling of relief, and best of all, you don't spend all day with "monkey butt!"
