It's safe and won't help with chest size. However, it's actually a good idea for any woman of childbearing age who might possibly become pregnant (even if they don't intend to) to take prenatal vitamins. Waiting until pregnant to take them may make it too late for the baby to benefit from the vitamins such as folic acid.

Yes it is safe to take prenatal vitamins. In fact, doctors recommend it if you are planning to get pregnant in the future year. It didn't make my breats any bigger but I gained some weight and they got bigger. I put on 30 lbs and filled out. I don't think it's proven to increase breast size but you can go to web-MD and it should say.

Prenatal vitamins are a formula made for a woman who will be or is growing a fetus, to give the growing child all the nutrients it needs to fully develope into a healthy child. They are fine to take even when not pregnant, but the only thing that will make your breasts bigger is pregnancy and nursing.

It's safe, in fact, preferable to most multivit because they have a higher amount of what women who are ovulating need.

Vitamins are vitamins. They don't make fat deposits bigger, although you can do exercizes to increase mass of the muscle underneath.

Whatever your body doesn't need, will pass on in your next potty break. ;-)

It's safe, but they won't make your chest bigger. Prenatal vitamins include folic acid, niacin, and iron.

Safe to take? Unless they are prescription, yes.

Breast enhancement? No. That is the result of your body's hormones. If these pills did that they would be the best selling tablets on Earth.

That would be a cheaper way for enlargement, however not going to happen. The only way your breasts will enlarge, is during the LAST stage of being pregnant since they fill with milk for the unborn child, not because of a vitamin.

It wont make your boobs grow! You can take them, but be carefull that you dont take them too long. The iron in them can build up and make you iron toxic. You would be better off just taking a womans formula vitamin. Get them at gnc that way your not getting too much of one thing!
