don't get me wrong, i think all illegals should be kicked out, but why sometimes do they make a big deal out of one person while there are millions others that seem to have a free reign in america?...the police constantly catch them and end up letting them go..there are illegals in our prison system, who when released, will not be deported..there are illegals getting government benefits..health care being just one......

She is saying that the person handling her case had been submitting applications for asylum without her knowledge and not forwarding notices from the court to appear. She and her husband already have submitted the paperwork to get her a green card as the wife of a US citizen. The technical reason for the deportation order is failure to appear in court.

The order for removal has been lifted by a federal judge, however, she is still under removal proceedings.
