USA.
I think they will pay huge amount of money to enter the tournament few months before tournament starts. Then they will buy all the best players in world with their money and win the cup.

Since cricket is a game of uncertainties, nothing can be predicted for sure about the outcome of a tournament in advance.
As far as World Cup is concerned any prediction is all the more difficult as the World Cup are few months away and it is not at all known at this stage which players will be representing each team and what will be their form at the time of World Cup. Though Australia and South Africa are in a formidable form right now, even they cannot guarantee to win the World Cup as one or two bad game will spoil their chances.
Hence the safe prediction at this point of time is that any of the top 8 teams stand a chance to win the World Cup irrespective of their present form as the present form can be changed by the time the World Cup Starts.

Why has no one said south africa yet? They are the second best side in the world and they have got the world record this year against australia when they scored 439! They have been good at bowling and let india survive 50 overs once out of 4 matches and that time india only made 200, SA beat them 4-0...
