You see, i wanna buy my mom CSI:Miami season 1. It comes in two parts, each part contains 2 discs. Is this the full season 1?

It doesn't say full season, or complete season. It's 2 separate items i will have to purchase. Part 1 and part 2 totaling R322.

It depends on how many episodes on each disc and how many episodes there were in the season.
A typical season is about 22 - 24 episodes and they generally put three or four episodes on each disc.
So the set should be more like 6 - 8 discs for the complete season.

If it says it is the full season, then it is the full season.

It should be... If it says. Some seasons may be that small.
