I'm guessing maybe no breaks in the CD as in the whole thing would just be just one track?

An unabridged CD would most likely refer to books on tape or in this case books on CD. Unabridged is the whole book read word 4 word. A abridged version would be a summary or a shorten version of the book.

No, it means that nothing has been taken out. An abridged book is one that has been shortened, so I assume it is the same with a CD.

That means that they didn't shorten the book. That the CD has every word from the book.
