THERE IS NO SCIENTIFIC WAY OF PROVING 100% IF SOMEONE IS A VIRGIN. SOME VIRGINS WILL STILL HAVE AN INTACT HYMEIN AND OTHERS WILL NOT. HER OB/GYN COULD DO A PELVIC EXAM AND CHECK TO SEE IF THIS IS SO FOR HER.

There is no way to tell if she is a virgin or not if she can't remember if the fella put his penis in her vagina or not. As for a guy being a virgin there is NO way to tell. You just have to take his word that he has never had his penis inside a vagina before.
