I would check e-bay as they have many different things that you may be looking for at reasonable prices. Try to look in your country though as shipping tends to be extremely high and it may take awhile to get your package!

You might be able get that get a low price if you made your own. Toile's not cheap, and then you'd have to buy the waterproof liner, batting and zipper, plus snaps, buttons and the material for pockets and things. I think if you found one on the retail market for that price, it would probably be a cheap slave-labor item that would come apart at the seams. We get what we pay for, luv.
