How many hours per year, the temperature of Sao Paulo City, in Brazil,reach the following numbers: 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35°C

For instance: if every day the temperature reaches 28°C and stay thesame for 1 hour, at the end of the year we will have 365 hours of 28°C temperature.
