I'm a conspiracy theorist. Alot of these answers are assumptions. Which is what alot of conspiracy theories are . . . assumptions. They cannot be proven, otherwise they would be conspiracy laws (or rather, facts). I, as a conspiracy theorist, do not necessarily believe in them all. I, through one or more experiences, have found some credibility in various theories proposed. I don't necessarily believe in all of them, or most even.
But, most people do believe that alot of governmental control is out of the hands of the general population. More and more people do not vote because they state, "It doesn't matter anyway." I vote because I want to believe in the democratic system, I support a democratic system, and I want to have faith that it is working (despite the number of investigations -- not run by conspiracy theorist -- that have revealed the insurmountable incidents of voting fraud).
Try not to lump conspiracy theorists into a category like people normally lump "liberals" or "conservatives" into. Not all liberals are left-wing commies, and not all conservatives are right-wing Evangelicals. There are alot of whackos out there sprouting out one conspiracy theory after another (aliens are taking over the government, etc.). But, a legit conspiracy theorist takes hard-core evidence and just tries to examine it from multiple perspectives. A legit conspiracy theorist does not just take anything at face-value they see on the news. A legit conspiracy theorist just tries to read between the lines. At least, that's from my perspective. I'm just a hard-core speculator.

They tend to vote for parties other than Democrat and Republican. You have the Green Party, Independents and Libertarians that they vote for. However, as seen in the recent turn of events in government, these people banded together and used their voting powers to allow the Democrats to take over the White House.
They vote because if they didn't, their arguments would mean nothing. Aside from voting to elect government officials, there is also legislation that is paramount to the betterment of the American People. That is why they vote.

I think it gives the conspiracy theorist a sense of control. Conspiracy theorists feel powerless which is one reason they're conspiracy theorists in the first place. By giving themselves even a hint of belief that their vote actually counts, they can feel a little more empowered.

Because they have the right to. You can't tell the conspiracy theorists to stop voting because... well, good lukc in finding all of them. As far as anything goes, though, it should be the antipolitical people like myself that should not vote.
