when i go out as michaela i use the ladies room and i have never had a problem. i just make sure i act like a lady and all is well

A dress does not determine a persons gender. Only fetishes. He could be arrested for entering a woman's washroom.

Nothing, if he isn't found out. But if he is, it depends on the people who are in the toilet, if they are conservative, then good luck to the gay guy, but if they think that the guy does not really care about them anyway, they they won't mind.
It's just pretty risky because you can't really predict what people will think, and worse, do.

nothing if you do it right. as someone mentioned earlier, go in, do your thing and leave. as a TGirl, i do this quite frequently. (i am a pre op TS, so it does not bother me to enter the "ladies" room and it hasnt for a number of years.) it would, however, bother me a great deal to have to go into the mens room dressed en femme.
