Alas! A lot of department stores these days are seriously lacking in their maternity wear. I found the biggest selection at places like KMart or Wal-Mart. I wasn't too impressed with the stuff at Motherhood last year - they didn't have any navy blue slacks at all, and the expensive maternity hose I bought there fell apart at the seams (literally!) the first time I wore them!
I did some of my maternity clothes shopping in the Plus Size area of department and consignment stores. You'll be surprised how many months XL or XXL stuff will last you, especially pajamas and draw string items. And, I borrowed quite a few items from my friends and family who recently had children.

Hit up Kohl's while they have a sale or objective. I spent an excellent style of money at motherhood maternity with my first being pregnant and that i think sorry approximately it. That became into money that could have been spent on toddler issues. With this being pregnant, I went to Kohl's to get pants while they had a sale going on, and that i chanced on some lovable tops at objective. For the main area nonetheless, I purely placed on outsized shirts that must be worn afterward as jammies. I additionally placed on my husbands shirts in specific circumstances. they seem to in effective condition a lot greater efficient than my own outfits. : )

My town also has a couple of really great baby resale shops that sell maternity clothes at a fraction of the price. Check them out if you have access to something like this.

I loved Motherhood...they have some really cute things! I was super tiny when I was preggo and they have XS and Small so it's great!

old navy and gap - get a gapcard and you get major savings (freeshipping, lots of discounts, etc.) gap roll panel pants are great!
