I'd put it in God's hands and pray to Jesus to save them both, go to my church and ask them all to do a chain of fasting and praying, ask God for a miracle, trusting that He will work it out and it is not his will for anyone to perish.
I'd ask for prayer everywhere,
You can receive a miracle!
Be strong and have faith, be of good courage In this world you will have tribulations, but I've overcome the world. Jesus Christ.

Well, the baby may have a difficult first few months of life and there is a chance it might die, but with modern medicine, babies born at 5 months gestation have a good chance of survival. So I would say, if nothing is affecting mom now (if she's less than 5 months along) keep the pregnancy. Keep the pregnancy until Mom starts showing the dangerous symptoms of whatever the problem may be, then have a c-section. That way, you can have both.

I, personally, would abort the pregnancy...I am against abortion in most cases, but if you know with that much certainty that mom would die, I would abort. She could always try again for another baby, depending on the circumstances. I had a really good friend die a week after giving birth to her little boy; she developed sepsis due to the pregnancy/birth; she was only 28 at the time. I, along with everyone who ever knew her, was devastated. That also left her husband to raise this little helpless boy all by himself while trying to grieve for his wife. HORRIBLE!!! I would NEVER want anyone else to go through that if it could be prevented. The little boy just turned 1 in May, and he looks exactly like my friend - he is a constant reminder of the wonderful person who lost her life so that he could live...this is such a tough decision to make or even to consider making...

I would discuss this with the wife and make the decision together. That being said, I think the wife's life should be the one saved. If she dies before the baby could survive on its own, the husband might lose both of them. I am not in favor of abortion, but under those circumstances...who knows!

That is a very difficult situation. There is still that 10% chance that you could make it after the birth of your child. I think that I would go through with the pregnancy. The child will still have a wonderful life even if I can't be there to help raise him / her.

If I had to choose I would pick my unborn child's life! I've already had time to live and experience life more than the baby has and I would love to give the baby at chance to see what it looks like outside of mommy's tummy. I would hope that my husband would look after our baby with great pride and raise her to the best of his abilities and show her everything in life that he could.

Wow Thats a tough one! What is the reason for a 90% chance of death if she goes through with it?

I think that that is your wifes decision, dependant how far along she is in the pregnancy. And a ton of other factors.

Abort. If the woman has other children, they'll need their mom and a husband needs his wife. There are so many different ways to become a parent. You'll mourn the loss of the baby of course but you can still have more chances.
